Smart Digital announces the new SmartBox® HD. SmartBox HD is part of the highly successful HandiTheatre product range. Included in one specially designed “box” is a Samsung Blu-ray player with digital TV tuner, Optoma HD 720i digital projector and a pre amp mixer to control the complete system. Everything is pre-wired and connected so set up is fast and simple.

SmartBox HD makes it super simple to screen both Blu-ray and DVD movies with the very powerful Optoma DLP digital projector @ 3000 ANSI lumens. External inputs are provided for connecting a games console such as Xbox, PlayStation or Nintendo. Games are now a bigger business than movies!

A big feature of SmartBox HD is the digital TV tuner for screening live TV on the big screen, outdoors or indoors! People love watching the big match on the big screen! The London Olympic Games will provide even more excitement on the big screen.

A VGA input is provided for connecting a PC. Music lovers will not be disappointed with an external audio input for playing audio devices such as MP3 players. A balanced input is also provided for connecting wireless or wired microphones for use by the MC or for emergency announcements.

Output is by way of balanced XLR connectors to the powered speakers. A wheeled road case is available for people moving the system from place to place.
