Pokémon Go Birthday Party ideas

With kids and adults alike obsessed with augmented reality mobile game Pokémon Go, throwing an outdoor birthday party on the Pokémon theme is the obvious idea. Here we are sharing some advice on how to make an awesome outdoor party dedicated to the cool outdoor game.

1. Location, location, location

Melbourne's Eastern suburbs favourite park with poke stops

Mary Wallace park in Melbourne is one of the hot spots for Pokemon Go game

Find a Pokémon-friendly park, with several landmarks and poke-stops. A park by the lake, or any other waterbody, with lovely walking tracks around and a playground for younger kids would be your best bet. If it’s winter, consider hiring the community hall – Pokémon hunters may need a break from their endeavours.

2. Allocate first half an hour or so for playing the game itself

Divide the guests into two or three teams and calculate the “total catch” per team – how many Pokémons are caught altogether and how many miles are walked by both teams? Get a bunch of black and white T-shirts on eBay to hand them out to the Team Mystic and Team Instinct.

team Mystic

Suggest the guests not (yet) infected by the game accompany the players and let them enjoy walking in the park and protecting the obsessed ones from game-inflicted injuries.

One of the organisers can go on a special photo hunt with the task to take the pictures of the players – the more funny moments of the game can be caught on camera – the better!

3. Photo session

We bet your guests came dressed in Pokémon onesies or Pokémon hats! If not, offer them to make paper hats. Pikachu ears are super easy to make, and kids will enjoy this craft activity. Check online for Pokémon beanies – they could be a good substitute to a traditional lolly bag. Rent a Photobooth for your Pokémon Go Birthday Party – add some extra fun for the guests.

4. Plan variety of Pokémon-related activities

Suggest children construct their own Pokémons from recyclables, or from art and craft materials. You can source cheap craft materials from your local discount craft supplies store, like Melbourne’s Resource Rescue.  Check for some great craft ideas in this blog post. Use paper plates to create Pokémon balls.  Suggest boys and girls to create their own game character or organise a quick tutorial on how to draw Bulbasaur, Squirlte and the rest of the gang – YouTube videos will help you with this one.Pikachu_96px

Play Pokémon charades or “who am I”. For charades, split the group into two teams, with one representative of a team portraying their favourite character in a pantomime, and the other team trying to figure out, which Pokémon is it.  “Who am I” is similar – think of a Pokémon character. Let everyone ask you questions, only answering “yes” or “no”. Who will be the fastest to guess it right?

DIY Tangela looks fantastic!

5. Play active outdoor games

Play “Tangela” (more known as a “Human knot”).   Turn scavenger hunt into a Pokémon hunt, hiding small character toys or cards around. Organise a spoon race with Poké Balls instead of eggs.

Play ball tiggy using a soft pokeball, with trainer as “it” and the rest of the guests as Pokémons.

Throw the ball through a hole: Use a piece of plywood with a whole in it, or stretch tarpaulin between the trees, draw Pikachu as a target and let the kids throw balls to “catch” it. Give a prize to the child with the highest score.

For older kids, offer Pokémon Go Gym activities. Arm-wrestling is one option. Getting each other out of a circle, hopping on one leg, is another. Even sumo-like game could be good! Rope jousting (tug of war standing on a brick or a stump) is also lots of fun! At the end of these competitions, reward the winner with a Pokémon trainer hat.

6. Recharge

Now it’s the best time to have some food and charge smartphones (the second one can be easy if you have rented a hall or if you arranged it with a nearby café).find your Clefairy

Pokémon styled pizza will look fantastic! Arrange cheese and strawberries on a plate – you’ll get pokeball snack plate. Online party supply stores will provide you with tableware and decorations. There are tons of ideas for the themed cake on the web, but nothing looks more cute than Pokémon cupcakes!

7. Video Games

After the cake is eaten, offer the guests to play good old Pokémon video games, such as Poké Park or Pokken Tournament. So that everybody could enjoy it, play the game on a big screen. All you need is an outdoor cinema (we recommend HandiTheatre from Smart Digital Australia) and your Nintendo console. Connect Wii with HDMI cable to the projector and enjoy your favourite characters projected on a big inflatable screen.

With up to 4 people able to play simultaneously, offer a quick tournament. That’s where rented hall will be very handy – use the screen indoors, if the weather is not that fantastic, or if the party is held during the day. For summer night alternative, just use an extension cord and take the projection screen system outdoors.

Watch Pokemon movie at your outdoor birthday party

8. End up the day with a Pokémon movie watched on a big inflatable screen

What can be better than watching a film together, sitting on a green lawn or in camping chairs? It will be interesting to watch the classical Pokemon – The First Movie  or choose from this list. The inflatable screen is so big you can have up to 50 people in front of it, and the atmosphere will be relaxed after the big day out chasing Pokémon! And those not yet tired can catch a couple of nocturnal Pokémon, like Gastly or Clefairy, while watching the movie!

Winter movie season – have fun, no matter the weather!

Many people think outdoor cinema is for warm summer nights only, and winter movie season is solely for hardtop cinemas. However, numerous examples from countries with harsh climate show us we are wrong here.

Canadian photographer Graham Whatmough would lough at us, Australians. He has built an outdoor cinema out of snow, working outdoors at temperatures below -30.

Londoners had been enjoying outdoor movies in different locations during last Christmas season. From free movies at London Bridge Christmas Market, to backyard cinema in Victoria Park, the choice of venues was extraordinary. Hot food, mulled wine and hot chocolate in combination with portable heaters kept the viewers warm while good selection of Christmassy films created very special festive mood.

Inspired, we thought to share with you some ideas to have winter movie fun here in Australia.

Extreme idea – winter camping movie night

winter movie night

winter camping, anyone?

There are great things about outdoor movie night in winter. For starters, you don’t have to wait till late to start the show – it gets dark early, and kids can enjoy a movie before their official bedtime. Secondly, you can start the night with a dinner at the campfire. Indulge in wintery foods and drinks to keep you warm. Check northern European kitchen for hearty meal ideas, and in addition, include in the menu mulled wine for adults and hot chocolate for kids! Get everyone in a winter-rated sleeping bag and organise seating. Smaller kids may enjoy watching the movie out of a tent. Provide a thick ground mat to sit on, and get children mittens and beanies.

If you are camping in your backyard, it is always possible to retreat indoors if the weather changes to the worse. We have been inspired by the stories of parents with children camping in the snow, and think with thorough preparations, it can be a great winter movie night!

Indulging alternative – hot tub cinema

spa and movies

hot tub cinema, anyone?

All you need is an outdoor hot tub, or Jacuzzi, or hot springs, plus an inflatable screen. It is ideal to have a bit of a cover to protect the movie projector from possible showers and water splashes. Organise a hot tub movie night in your backyard, using your own outdoor spa or hiring a portable hot tub.

Prepare comfy deck chairs and warm bath robes for your guests. A couple of portable infrared heaters will keep warm those guests who decide to move from the hot tub to the deck. It is perfectly fine to leave the inflatable screen outdoors until next morning. However, you will need to remove moisture from it before packing it away next day.

Dive-in cinema is a great indoor option for winter months

winter dive-in

Ready for a dive-in movie party?

Place a movie screen next to the indoor swimming pool, organise subtle illumination, put inflatables in the pool, and select a themed movie. Choose from films like Free Willy, Finding Nemo, the Water Horse or The Little Mermaid. For dive-in movies, place the projector behind the screen to avoid splashing water onto equipment. The screen should be capable of rear projection. Sealed screen is the best choice for dive-in movies for safety reasons, as electric blower will not be operating during the show.

Use indoor sports arenas for some active fun

Play computer games on a big movie screen, selecting from the range of active console games. Zumba Fitness, Dance Central and other active games will make you get up, shake it and sweat it out as if it was summer time! Organise karaoke and disco party for children, or have a fun workout with loud music.

Play a pretend game

Use big indoor space, like art gallery, community hall or school’s hall, and recreate atmosphere of outdoor cinema indoors. Bringing beanbags and popcorn in is easy. Create the outdoor atmosphere with artificial grass rugs and outdoor furniture. Use the sealed movie screen so that the blower noise is not reflecting from the walls of the venue. If the space is not heated or simply cold, advise the viewers to bring their blankets and rugs. Find out whether catering is permitted, and organise a snack bar.

We hope you got some fresh ideas for this winter movie season. So let’s party – no matter the weather!

How to Organise an Outdoor Kids Party with Video Games and a Lot of Fun

Organising outdoor kids party can be very exciting, but it is also a lot of work. We hope our ideas will make it a bit easier for you. The happiness you get from seeing your kids and their friends having fun together is a perfect reward for any mum. And not to mention the opportunity to showcase your wonderful organising skills and being called the coolest mum around!

One of the biggest hurdles that many mums face while organising kids and teens parties is coming up with the perfect plan that can ensure that the kids will enjoy the party.

They want to have all the latest gadgets and video games, but they are not sure which ones kids would prefer and how to go about the whole technology thing. If you are one of those mums, worry not!

Here is everything that you need to do in order to organise that amazing fun party that your kids and their friends would love…

1. Get a Big Inflatable Movie Screen That Everyone Can See

When you are planning an outdoor kids’ party featuring video games, you want to make sure that you have a big screen. Ideally, you would want a big inflatable movie screen in your backyard or front yard (provided it’s an evening party). If the weather is great, nothing can beat a large sized inflatable screen. Not only it will ensure that the kids have great gaming fun on the big screen, but it will also ensure that it doesn’t get messy inside your home as the kids would be outside most of the time, in front of the screen. If the event is planned during the day, take the big screen indoors in a rumpus room.

Connecting an inflatable movie screen to a gaming system is very easy. All you need is a projector with an HDMI input.

2. Buy a Gaming System

When buying a gaming system, you need to consider the age group of the kids that would be attending the party. If the kids are in their teens, then you should go for Xbox One or PlayStation 4. However, if the kids are younger than 13, consider buying Nintendo Wii or Xbox with Kinect.

3. Select the Games

Selecting the right video games for the outdoor kids party can be quite tricky. Here are some things to consider when selecting video games:

  • Try to get the games that many players can play simultaneously.
  • Single player games are a big NO!
  • Don’t go for the games that are slow and require hours of gameplay to reach a logical conclusion. For example, real-time strategy games.
  • Try to have a good mix of games from different genres. For example, you can have a dance game, a sports game and a fighting game. It will give more options to the kids.
  • Don’t forget to ask your kids for suggestions.

Just to give you some options, here are some great video games for kids’ party:

Just Dance

    • Can be played simultaneously by many players. It is an active game which will make everyone get up and dance! The game is available on the Xbox, PlayStation and
outdoor kids party with video games

      party with video games?

Nintendo Wii. Teens, as well as younger kids, will enjoy this great dance game, and not surprisingly, girls of all ages love it! Just Dance 2016 and upcoming Just Dance 2017 allow using smartphone mobile app for motion detection. Your mobile phone turns into a controller that scores and tracks your dance moves! All you need to do is download the app and connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi as your games console. This means unlimited number of players – the whole stadium can dance together, let alone the guests of your backyard birthday party!

Exergaming

    • Similar to Just Dance, there are other party games for fun and fitness, also known as exergaming. Adults and kids alike enjoy Dance Central for Xbox, or Zumba Fitness, supporting 2 players on Xbox and up to 4 players on Wii U. Such games are not only fun but they also allow the kids to exercise and be more active.

Mario Kart

    • Mario Kart has been kids’ favourite for quite a while. With awesome graphics and great sound, this game is a real party pleaser. Great for younger kids, up to 4 kids can play simultaneously – and this is great – while kids are waiting for their turn, they can engage in other party activities. Adults should have a go as well – great family game may prove you need to practice before you can even try and compete with your child!

Sports games

    • FIFA 2016 – Probably the best sports game out there. If the kids like soccer, then it is a must have. It is available on Xbox One as well as PS4, and now even features female players – girls can join the game, too! Up to 4 players can play FIFA 2016 at once.
    • Wii Tennis, baseball, golf, bowling and boxing games on Nintendo Wii are pretty good options. Playing them on a big screen brings the gaming experience closer to reality, changing the way the players move, and can also be seen as a form of exercise. As the majority of Wii games, they can be played by up to 4 players at once. Both kids and teens will enjoy these games in a party environment.

Video games for teenagers

    • Teens would prefer first person shooters, like Overwatch, and if there are no younger kids around, let them enjoy their favourite game on a big screen – with stunning visual and audio effects, they’ll surely will love playing the games they play every day, but differently – outdoors, and on a 3 metre wide screen!

    4. Plan for healthy and kids friendly menu

It may be a challenge to select easy to prepare, healthy, yet kids friendly menu. Visit your local butcher for quality sausages or kebab sticks. Cut plenty of fresh vegetables in bite-size pieces. Bake potatoes.
Check for healthy brownie recipes and make minor modifications to your standard cake recipe to make it healthier. Get inspirations from Greatist or your favourite cooking portal.
Ice-cream is always a great treat – perfect choice for a party!
Also, have plenty of drinks on the table. Fresh water and juices are generally a great idea to keep kids hydrated and happy. Homemade iced tea can be a good choice for a warm summer night.

    5. Few More Things to Taking Care of

Here are a few more things you should consider when planning an outdoor kids party:

    • Music system can make the environment more fun. If you are investing in a backyard movie system, great sound goes as a part of a parcel.
    • Seating – outdoors, seating won’t be a major issue. You can place some garden chairs for the kids. If you have a great grass, kids won’t mind sitting on the ground or on a mat. But it is always better to have some comfortable chairs around.
    • Kids have a lot of energy and they surely need more than video games. So it is a great idea to have things like a soccer ball, skipping rope, trampoline, etc. in the garden.
    • Take care of the wiring. Make sure the wires don’t get in the way of kids walking or running around.
    • Make sure kids can access the bathrooms in your home easily.
    • Keep sharp objects, like knives, scissors, etc. away from the kids.

    6. Invite children for outdoor kids party and enjoy!

Give your kids the amazing news of the party and invite their friends. Be confident and do your best to entertain them. Do keep an eye on them, but don’t be overly cautious. Just make sure they stay out of trouble.

You are all set to throw the best ever outdoor kids party featuring exciting video games, great food, and a lot of fun.

How to Choose an Outdoor Home Theatre Projector

Are you planning a backyard movie party and are in search of the best outdoor home theatre projector?

Shall you buy the cheapest movie projector on EBay or go for the ultra-short throw full HD projector with a price tag of several thousand dollars?

There are just three things you need to know to make the right choice.

1. Native aspect ratio

Many projectors support widescreen resolution 16:9, but their native aspect ratio is 4:3. Wide screen 16:9 aspect ratio will deliver better quality image if you watch, for example, Blu-Ray movies.

2. Brightness

Brightness of the projector is measured in ANSI lumens. For backyard cinema we recommend 3000 lumen projectors. 1000 lumen projector will also do the job, if you are not expecting high quality image. However, if you are using cheap outdoor home theatre projector with low brightness, it should be really dark to watch the movies comfortably. Projectors with low brightness are ok to use with smaller screens. On the other hand, for a backyard movie night there is no need to go for a 6000 lumen projector. These projectors are used for school auditoriums or for big outdoor cinemas. For best results for a backyard cinema, aim at 3000 lumen brightness.

3. Resolution

While many low cost projectors “support” full HD, it often means the accepted input resolution is 1080p. What you need to know is native output resolution of the projector. 320×180 pixels is way too low; to watch live sports, TV and movies in a quality similar to your plasma TV, you need at least HD 720p, also known as WXGA.

Hope this helps you make the right choice quickly. The quickest way to prepare for your backyard cinema party is to contact us at Smart Digital and buy a complete outdoor cinema package called HandiTheatre®.

Less screen time and more active kids this school holidays

Did you know that the top three concerns Australian parents have about their kids are:

  • Excessive screen time
  • Obesity
  • Not enough physical activity?

We should not blame kids though, as us, adults are having exactly the same issues, and children are only copying our behaviour.

Many of us are also convinced that changing the situation is an extremely difficult task. It is not, if you take one step at a time, and if you take “swap it, don’t stop it” approach.

We would like to suggest you very simple steps which you and your family can take during these school holidays and beyond, for better health and happiness.

To reduce the screen time and to make healthier choices, we suggest the following swaps:

  1. When watching TV / sitting with your tablet, swap sitting in the chair to sitting on the floor.
  1. For computer games, videos and films, swap small devices (tablets, smartphones) to bigger screens (laptop / desktop, TV + game consoles).

Sitting in front of a bigger screen helps keeping slightly better posture than hunching over a small device, bending the neck and straining the eyes. It is also easier to limit the time in front of a bigger screen, as you, as a parent, will have higher chance of seeing / hearing that it is still on.

  1. Swap TV time for your children to family movie time. Invite kids to join you cooking dinner or cleaning the house so that afterwards you could watch a movie together. It is simply fairer to all of you, isn’t it?
  1. Swap movie popcorn to healthier alternatives or occupy your hands with knitting, or any kind of crafts for your children.
  1. Swap movies and TV at home to movies outdoors or family movie night out.

Does your neighbourhood offer summer sessions of movies in the park? This would be your best choice, especially if you could walk together with your kids to this park, rather than driving there. Come early, as there are different activities before the movies, from face painting to jumping castles. With friends and neighbours around, chances are that your child will be more interested in communicating and running around rather than watching a movie.

If there are no free or affordable cinema options around, consider investing in the outdoor home theatre. It takes just ten minutes to set it up (that’s your ten minutes of moderate physical activity!), and it is an event that can be used as a reward at the end of a summer day. Inflatable cinema screen will keep your family longer outdoors, while watching a movie together will be more memorable than your standard TV time.

  1. Swap computer games to active computer games. For better health, choose active games with Xbox-Kinect or Wii remotes. Your choices could be “Kinect Adventures River Rush”, “Shape Up”, “Just Dance”, “Wii Fit U”, and “Dance Central Spotlight”. Some studies suggest that active computer games give your child a good source of physical activity.

All of the above are very small steps, easy to perform. And very soon you’ll see the benefits and will be able to move further.

You should aim at reducing the screen time for your children to 2 hours per day. This is one good movie and 30 minutes computer game. Children under 17 years old should have at least 1 hour of physical activity per day. It is one hour in the park, or walking to school and back and playing in your backyard, or one hour of structured sports.

Small changes in how you go about your daily routines can make a big difference for improving your family’s healthy habits, and outdoor movie screen can help you make more active choices easier.

Bring fireworks closer to your home

I love fireworks. New Year fireworks, Australia Day fireworks, Guy Fawkes fireworks – you name it – and I will be dreaming to watch them live.

Dreaming. That is it. As for many suburban dwellers, the strong desire to awe at the fireworks collides with the cruel reality.

  • ten-minute show requires spending two hours in public transport or facing driving / parking nightmare with an alternative to spend half of the night trying to catch a taxi.
  • With our infamous public transport, no matter how hard you plan, you can miss the show. I did miss Sydney Christmas fireworks – with the train being just 15 minutes late, I came to Sydney Harbour in time to hear it, but not to see it.
  • Fireworks time is not kid friendly, even the 9 o’clock one. While the older children will simply get grumpy in late hours, the younger ones often get scared of the noise and crowds, spoiling all the show (I once had to run from the firework field, trying to comfort my two-year-old!)
  • Big gatherings are not for everyone. Many people feel the stress of being in the middle of the crowd.
  • Quite often, we celebrate New Year with friends, and we end up even further from all these firework places, than we would normally be.

Luckily, there are more options to watch fireworks than from Sydney Harbour or Melbourne’s Federation Square.

You can watch the show away from crowds on a boat cruise or from the rooftop restaurant. You can make your research and find a place a bit further away from the show, but still offering decent views. You may even be lucky enough to have friends living in the apartment featuring a balcony with a proper vantage point.

Many local councils offer fireworks in the parks or on the shore, maybe less spectacular, but more family friendly, and closer to your home.

However, if all the above options are not for you, there is a solution that will bring your beloved fireworks closer to you. It is an outdoor cinema system. Connect it to the set top box and watch major Australian fireworks live no matter where you are.

Outdoor Cinema is a far better option than your average plasma TV. Here is why:

  • Forget the comfort of your sofa. It is an outdoor event! You can bring the experience of the real fireworks to your backyard or to the camping grounds, with picnic rugs or foldable chairs, surrounded by the fresh night air. You can even share the experience with your neighbours – even the smallest screen is enough for 50 guests, while a four-metre system will be sufficient for 250 people!
  • Inflatable screens are bigger than an average plasma TV, and even bigger than many home theatre screens, as the house ceiling does not limit their size (from 2.5 to 12 metres long, they are very impressive!)
  • The good quality sound system makes your heart beat in awe, as if you were in the middle of the actual event!

Overall, outdoor home theatre can bring many fireworks to your doorstep, with no need to travel – great option for families with children, for the inhabitants of outer suburbs or small towns, and for the lovers of comfort and good night sleep.

Christmas sorted with gifts for the whole family

How to take the pressure out of Christmas shopping

Two months before Christmas are extremely hectic.  We need to attend numerous events at work, at school, at our local sports club and in our community. And, of cause, the nightmare of Christmas shopping – for family, friends, and colleagues – the list goes on and on.

A friend of mine hated the situation so much he developed the habit of going away for Christmas – on his own. There is a better way of handing the shopping routine though.

Christmas is about the memories and the family. It is also about the joy of being together. Find one present for the whole family, and let it be the one that will create cherished memories.

Gifts for the Whole Family

  • Take your family camping on Christmas Eve, and make camping experience stand out from the ordinary. Pick up a Holiday Park or a Holiday Resort offering adventures and unusual experiences. Decorate a tiny portable Christmas tree. Let your children find under it a card offering these adventures (canoe trip, mini-golf, outdoor movies).
  • Present your family with tickets to the theatre, ballet, open air cinema, or any other cultural event to suit your tastes.
  • Plan your summer holidays as a surprise, be it a local getaway or a cruise, and make small gifts that will be needed on your journey. (Imagine finding the new travel bag and tickets to your dream destination under the Christmas tree!)
  • Give the gift of experience, from sailing workshop to airplane flying, as long as the whole family can participate.
  • Of the few venues open on Christmas day, the trip to the zoo will be memorable. With not that many visitors around, it may feel like a very special visit, for kids and adults alike.
  • Check the lists of gifts for the whole family and pick up the one that will keep bringing the family together. From board games to outdoor home theatre, there are plenty of choices.

Consider the gift of entertainment for all your extended family and friends

Why not inviting them to the movie night under the stars as a present? The smallest inflatable movie system is big enough to show movies to 30 people.  So all you would need is to provide some comfortable sitting and to choose a good movie!

Many people choose to donate to charity rather than to buy presents. Present the outdoor cinema system to a fundraising organisation. This gift can make a big difference as it can be used to raise funds by organising charitable movie nights.

Think local and give back to your community. Many local schools with tiny budgets will be happy to get the outdoor screen with a projector and multimedia control centre for Christmas. If your business can afford it, it’s a beautiful way to help your local community.

All in all, consider buying just one gift this Christmas. Whatever your Christmas present choice will be, we wish you spend less time shopping and more time being together with your family and friends.

Slumber party with an outdoor twist

Parties with sleepovers are very popular with boys and girls aged eight to 14. For the parents, they do mean a bit of a headache and a bit of a worry. That’s why we would like to share with you some ideas on how to minimize the trouble and bring more fun for kids.

Boys sleepover parties

Move the sleepover party outdoors, to the backyard. Boys will be excited to sleep in a tent (space permitting), or simply under the stars in their sleeping bags (weather permitting). Start the party with an active game to let their excitement out. Games like capture the flag, nerf gun war or red rover would do. However, if you want something more hilarious, check the buzzfeed.

After the sunset, add more to their adventure with a flashlight treasure hunt, and finish the night with the action movie shown on a big inflatable screen.

Older boys cannot live without computer games, and even when they get together, they play or watch others playing. As a parent, you do not want them to sit in a dark corner over the small tablet screen during the party. The option here would be to move computer games outdoors as well!

Connect PlayStation, Xbox or Wii to the big screen, so that the boys could enjoy their favourite games and stay outdoors.  Moreover, if you pick up active games using Wii or Kinect, they will have all the motivation to start moving!

Girls slumber parties

The girls’ slumber parties are different, with much effort spent on décor, invitations, and costumes. Put as much responsibility on children as they can master; they will have more fun and better memories of the event.

Add some art and craft activities during the party. Painting pillow cases, making dreamcatchers, candles or lanterns are all great ways to entertain friends.

Ask the guests to make a film on a given theme. Suggest them to use the real digital movie camera if they are old and responsible enough. Alternatively, simply use an ordinary smartphone – the results will be great as well! Use your outdoor cinema system to watch the freshly made movie with the rising movie stars on a big screen – the success is guaranteed!

Karaoke or a disco party will be more fun if moved outdoors as well. Just ensure the ground is even and the scene is decorated.

Finish the sleepover party outdoors with the movie – organise the backyard theatre with beanbags, futons suitable for outdoors, garden furniture, or simply suggest guests to bring their own sleeping bags.

For strict parents only!

With the help of an outdoor movie system, you can make more use of your backyard and have less mess in the house during kids’ parties. You will get to know your child’s friends better. Moreover, you will have peace of mind knowing kids are having fun in a safe environment. But most importantly, they will have a very special and original party they will remember for years. And hey, you can celebrate your birthday with a sleepover party outdoors enjoying a backyard home theatre, too!
